1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, the college confirms that: You have authority to represent your institution. You accept these terms, including the 8 percent commission policy.
CollegeCarte may update these terms at any time.
2. Commission Policy (8 Percent)
2.1 Commission Structure
2.2 CollegeCarte charges the institution an 8 percent commission on every successful admission completed through the platform. Successful admission means: The student applied through CollegeCarte. The college accepted the student. The student confirmed admission and paid the college.
2.3 Commission Calculation
2.4 Commission is calculated on the total first-year fee paid by the student, including tuition, admission, and other mandatory fees.
Example: If a student pays Rs. 50,000, the commission is Rs. 4,000 (8 percent).
2.5 Payment Timeline
Colleges must clear the commission within 7 to 14 working days after receiving the fee from the student. Delayed payments may result in account restrictions.
2.6 Non Payment Consequences

Access to student leads may be restricted. The college profile may be temporarily suspended. The listing may be removed after repeated violations. Legal or collection actions may be taken if required.
3. Verification Requirements
Colleges must provide accurate and updated course details and fee structures. CollegeCarte may verify and approve accounts at its discretion.

5. College Responsibilities
Colleges must:

Maintain transparency in admission decisions.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Providing false or outdated information may result in suspension.
6. Student Data Usage
Colleges may only use student data for admission purposes. Sharing, reselling, or misusing student data is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.
7. Communication Rules
Colleges agree to:
Communicate respectfully with students.
Avoid misleading claims.
Not pressure students for offline or direct admissions outside the platform.
CollegeCarte may monitor interactions for safety and quality.
8. Admission Decisions
Colleges are solely responsible for admission decisions.
CollegeCarte does not influence or guarantee admissions.
Any disputes with students must be resolved directly by the institution.
9. Content Rights
By listing on CollegeCarte, colleges grant permission to:
Display logos, photos, brochures, and content.
Use them for marketing and promotional activities.
Edit content formatting when needed for platform consistency.
Ownership of the content remains with the college.
10. Limitation of Liability
CollegeCarte is not responsible for:
Delayed responses from colleges.
Incorrect information provided by colleges.
Technical issues or downtime.
Losses caused by external or third-party actions.
Student behaviour, dropout, or withdrawal.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
CollegeCarte may suspend or remove a college account if:
The 8 percent commission is not paid.
Student data is misused.
False or misleading information is provided.
Students are misled or pressured.
Multiple complaints are reported.
Severe violations may result in permanent removal without notice.
12. Legal Compliance
Colleges must:
Follow government and university admission rules.
Avoid discriminatory or unlawful practices.
Ensure transparency in fee structures and admission processes.
